Ken Whelan Ken Whelan has been a Kids Parties New York! performer since 1986. A screenwriter, performer and dad Ken has appeared on the Bill Cosby show as well as numerous off-off Broadway productions. Ken was one of the main puppeteers for the Garbage Can ta-ta United Nations video project. A proud parent himself, Ken is a children's advocate whose specialty is working with special needs children. Ken loves being a children's entertainer and performing at kids birthday parties, Christmas parties and Chanukah parties and, well, any event where children are present. As well as puppeteering Ken also specializes in Hand and Arm Painting and Twist Balloons. Kids
